Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) If a public weighbridge licensee knows of any fraudulent conduct related to the measurement of anything using a public weighbridge, the licensee must notify the Secretary as soon as practicable after acquiring the knowledge.
(2) A person who engages in conduct that contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) The offence mentioned in subregulation (2) is an offence of strict liability.
