Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) During the preservation period, if a measurement ticket for a measurement determined using the public weighbridge is issued from a book or pad of tickets, a public weighbridge licensee must not:
(a) remove an original measurement ticket from a book or pad; or
(b) alter an original measurement ticket.

(2) A person who engages in conduct that contravenes paragraph (1) (a) or (b) commits an offence.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) An offence mentioned in subregulation (2) is an offence of strict liability.
