NATIONAL TRADE MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 233 OF 2009) - REG 3.16

Prescribed fee -- application for renewal of public weighbridge licence (Act s 18PL (2) (b))

For paragraph 18PL (2) (b) of the Act, the fee for an application for the renewal of a public weighbridge licence is $350 multiplied by each year of the licence.
