NATIONAL TRADE MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 233 OF 2009) - REG 3.12

                For paragraph 18PA (3) (b) of the Act, the fee for an application for a public weighbridge licence is the sum of:

                (a)    $850; and

               (b)    $350 multiplied by each year, or part of a year, of the licence after the first year.

Note    The amount of $850 is the component of the total fee covering the first year of the licence.
