Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A party may, no later than 7 days before a hearing or 28 days before a trial, by written notice, require another party to produce, at the hearing or trial, a specified document that is in the possession or control of the other party.
(2) A party receiving a notice under subrule (1) must produce the document at the hearing or trial, in a form in which it can be accessed in court.
