Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A party may, by written notice, require another party to produce for inspection an original document if the document is a document that must be produced under the duty of disclosure.
(2) If a party receives a notice under subrule (1), the party must produce the document for inspection in accordance with rule 6.14.
