Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) If an appeal is from an order of a court (the other court ) other than the Federal Circuit and Family Court or a Family Court of a State, the appellant must give a copy of the Notice of Appeal to the Registrar of the other court within 14 days after filing the Notice of Appeal.
(2) A party seeking leave to appeal from an order of a court (the other court ) other than the Federal Circuit and Family Court or a Family Court of a State must give a copy of the Notice of Appeal in which leave to appeal is sought to:
(a) the Registrar of the other court; and
(b) for an appeal from a court exercising jurisdiction under the child support legislation--the Child Support Registrar.
