FEDERAL CIRCUIT AND FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (FAMILY LAW) RULES 2021 (F2021L01197) - RULE 12.20
Costs in court of summary jurisdiction
A party cannot recover from another party costs, for work done by a lawyer in
a court of summary jurisdiction, that are more than 80% of the amount referred
to in Schedule 3 that may be charged for the work.
