FEDERAL CIRCUIT AND FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (FAMILY LAW) RULES 2021 (F2021L01197) - RULE 11.50

                   A receiver's appointment by the court starts when:

                     (a)  the order appointing the receiver is made; and

                     (b)  the receiver files any security ordered that is acceptable to the court for the performance of the receiver's duties.
