Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsParts 1, 2, 7, 8 and 12 and Divisions 6.2, 6.3 and 13.1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021 , as modified by rule 1.23 of these Rules or an order, apply to a proceeding in which a Family Court has jurisdiction in bankruptcy under section 35, 35A or 35B of the Bankruptcy Act as if the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021 were provisions of these Rules.
