Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A sealed copy of the order of the High Court, remitting a matter, or part of a matter, to the Court must be filed in the registry named in the order of remittal.
(2) In the absence of a specification of a registry of the Court in a matter or part of a matter in the order, the Chief Executive Officer may direct the order to be filed in a particular registry.
