FEDERAL CIRCUIT AND FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (DIVISION 2) (GENERAL FEDERAL LAW) RULES 2021 (F2021L01220) - RULE 23.06

                   If the mediator considers that a mediation should not continue, the mediator must, subject to any order of the Court:

                     (a)  end the mediation; and

                     (b)  advise the Court of the outcome.
