Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) This Division applies to costs payable, or to be taxed, under an Act, these Rules or an order of the Court, in a proceeding.
(2) Unless otherwise provided, these Rules do not regulate the fees to be charged by lawyers as between lawyer and client in relation to proceedings in the Court.
