71.1 Schedule heading: Omit the heading, substitute:
                               "SCHEDULE 8      Regulation 5.1.01
Schemes of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Law".

71.2 Part 2: Paragraph 3 (b): Omit "accounts, including consolidated accounts
(if any)", substitute "financial statements".

71.3 Part 2: Paragraph 3 (b): Omit "the accounts", substitute "the financial
statements".

71.4 Part 3: Paragraph 2 (h): Omit "section 315", substitute "section 314 or
317".
