CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 1.02 (1) (definition of agent): Omit "subsection 346 (1)",
substitute "subsection 601CG (1)".

3.2 Subregulation 1.02 (1) (definition of form): Omit the definition,
substitute:

"form means an approved form or a prescribed form;".

3.3 Subregulation 1.02 (1) (definition of registration number, paragraph (a)):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) in relation to a company-the number allotted to the company under
paragraph 118 (1) (a) or 601BD (1) (a) of the Corporations Law or
subregulation 10.1.04 (2); or".

3.4 Subregulation 1.02 (1) (definition of registration number, paragraph (b)):
Omit "section 341 or 344", substitute "section 601CB or 601CE".

3.5 Insert the following definition:

"approved form, in relation to a provision of the Corporations Law or of these
Regulations, means the form that is approved under paragraph 350 (b) of the
Law for the first-mentioned provision.".
