CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 185 - REG 1

1.1 These regulations commence as follows:

   (a)  Part 1 commences on gazettal;

   (b)  Part 2 commences on the commencement of item 198 of Schedule 3 of the
        Company Law Review Act 1998;

   (c)  Part 3 commences on the commencement of Schedule 5 to the Company  Law
        Review Act 1998 ;

   (d)  Part 4 commences on the commencement of the Managed Investments  Act
        1998 .
