1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 66
66. Regulation 281 (Offences)
66.1 Subregulation 281 (1):
Omit the subregulation.
66.2 Subregulation 281 (2):
Omit the subregulation, substitute:
"(2) The owner, the operator, the hirer (not being the Crown), the pilot in
command and any other pilot of an aircraft that takes off, is flown, lands or
is used in contravention of a provision of these Regulations are each guilty
of an offence against the provision.".
66.3 Subregulation 281 (3):
Omit "subregulations (1) and", substitute "subregulation".
66.4 Subregulation 281 (4):
Omit "Notwithstanding subregulations (1), (2) and (3), a person shall not be
convicted of an offence against this regulation", substitute "In spite of
anything else in these Regulations, a person is not guilty of an offence
against a provision of these Regulations".
66.5 Subregulation 281 (5):
Omit the subregulation.
