1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 55

  55.1   Subregulation 237 (1):
Omit "shall be classified as an instrument flight and shall be conducted",
substitute "is classified as an instrument flight and the pilot in command
must conduct the flight".
  55.2   Subregulation 237 (2):
Omit "Flights under Instrument Flight Rules shall be planned and conducted",
substitute "A pilot in command must plan and conduct a flight under the
Instrument Flight Rules".
  55.3   Add at the end:


"(4) A person conducting a flight under the Instrument Flight Rules must not,
without reasonable excuse, contravene a direction. Penalty: $2,500.".
