  52.1   Subregulation 232 (1):
Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty: $2,500.".
  52.2   Subregulation 232 (2):
Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty: $2,500.".
  52.3   Subregulation 232 (3):
Omit "The check lists of the procedures shall be carried in the aircraft and
shall be", substitute "The pilot in command must ensure that the check lists
of the procedures are carried in the aircraft and are".
  52.4   Subregulation 232 (3):
Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty: $1,000.".
52.5 Subregulation 232 (4): Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty:
$2,500.".
  52.6   Add at the end:


"(5) An aircraft must not be flown unless:

   (a)  the flight check system has been approved by the Authority; and

   (b)  if the Authority has required the system to be revised-the system has
        been revised in the manner specified by the Authority. Penalty for a
        contravention of this subregulation: $2,500."
