1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 33

33. Regulation 112 (Flight Service officers to be specially authorised or licensed) 
  33.1   Add at the end:


"(4) A person must not contravene a condition to which:

   (a)  his or her licence; or

   (b)  a rating endorsed on his or her licence; is subject. Penalty:
        $2,500.".
