1991 No. 147 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 14

14. Regulation 38 (Requirements for the maintenance of Australian aircraft) 
  14.1   Subregulation 38 (4):
Add at the foot of the subregulation: "Penalty:

   (a)  for an offence against paragraph (4) (a)-$1,000; or

   (b)  for an offence against paragraph (4) (b)-$5,000.".
  14.2   Add at the end:


"(11) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a direction or
a requirement included in a direction. Penalty: $5,000.".
