AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L01121) - REG 79

                   The Commissioner may, in writing, delegate any of the Commissioner's powers, functions and duties under this instrument to:

                     (a)  a Deputy Commissioner; or

                     (b)  an AFP employee; or

                     (c)  a special member.
