Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The officer executing a warrant in relation to premises must comply with subsection (2) if the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises.
(2) The officer must, as soon as practicable:
(a) make a copy of the warrant available to the occupier or other person (which need not include the signature of the Magistrate who issued it); and
(b) inform the occupier or other person in writing of the rights and responsibilities of the occupier or other person under sections 67 and 68.
