AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L01121) - REG 6

                   For the purposes of paragraph 70(k) of the Act, AFP employment decisions must be based on the following values:

                     (a)  impartiality and professionalism;

                     (b)  merit;

                     (c)  freedom from discrimination;

                     (d)  openness and accountability;

                     (e)  fairness;

                      (f)  equity in employment;

                     (g)  effectiveness.
