Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The Merit Protection Commissioner may, by written notice, require the Commissioner of Police or applicant to give to the Merit Protection Commissioner specified information or documents relevant to the review.
(2) The Commissioner of Police or applicant must give the information or documents in the way, and at or within the time, stated in the notice.
