Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 23(2) and paragraph 40J(1)(a) of the Act, the Commissioner may suspend, for a specified period of time, a declaration that is in force under section 40B of the Act in respect of an AFP employee. The suspension must be in writing.
(2) The declaration is taken not to be in force during the period of the suspension.
