CORRECTION TO THE

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

ITEM 15 OF PART 2 OF SCHEDULE 1

Omit the explanation of this Item and substitute with:

Inserts a new paragraph 10(2)(ha) which has the effect of providing that in performing its functions the Institute may lend money to associated companies of the Institute and a new paragraph 10(2)(hb) which has the effect of providing that in performing its functions the Institute may, with the written approval of the Finance Minister, also provide guarantees for the benefit of associated companies of the Institute.
