                      Amendments to be Moved on Behalf of the Government




ITEM 1 TECHNICAL CORRECTION

Item 1 makes a minor technical correction to clause 66(2)(b) to replace the reference to `Australian
carbon credit' units with a reference to `non-Kyoto international emissions' units.

ITEM 2 REVIEWABLE DECISIONS

Item 2 amends the list of reviewable decisions so that it includes a decision of the Administrator
made under clause 36.
