Western Australian Law Teachers' Review |
Editor’s Introduction
We are delighted to introduce you to the first volume of WALTR – The Western Australian Law Teachers' Review.
WALTR is the new annual publication of the Western Australian Teachers of Law (WAToL) Forum. WALTR has been created to provide opportunities to publish research which has been presented at the WAToL Forum. In this volume we invited submissions based on any presentation made at a WAToL Forum to date. In future years, WALTR will invite submissions based on presentations from the corresponding year's WAToL Forum.
WALTR aims to publish short, engaging articles on topics relating to legal education. Authors were welcome to submit either completely new research which has not yet been published, or new writing which summarises, distils, or applies research which the authors have published or will publish elsewhere.
Ultimately seven articles from 18 authors are published in this first volume. All articles were reviewed and subjected to editorial discretion. We extend our thanks to everybody who has contributed to this volume for its successful publication.
We hope that WALTR continues to develop the collegiality and sharing of ideas that WAToL has fostered since 2017.
